Job Description:
JK Lucent is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Test Analyst to join our team in Infopark Koratty. The successful candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and a strong understanding of quality assurance best practices. This role requires a proactive approach to testing, a focus on continuous improvement, and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within Agile Scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end System Testing and System Integration Testing to validate workflows and system dependencies.
• Perform API Testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI to ensure effective integrations and robust back-end services.
• Carry out UI Testing on various devices and browsers using Browser Stack to confirm optimal user experience.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases aligned with project requirements, and meticulously document test results.
• Collaborate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business and user requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support defect management throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align testing goals with project deliverables.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for test management, issue tracking, and documentation to maintain a centralized and transparent record of project progress.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing with a strong foundation in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Proven experience in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and practices; experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines.
