Description
The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative duties, follow up with clients, schedule appointments, and manage phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for showings and consultations.
- Manage CRM data entry and maintain client records.
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and messages in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing documents and reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate or as a virtual assistant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have).
