Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for skilled Technical Support Engineers with expertise in Windows Server, Web Server, and Database environments to deliver production support and implementation of our software solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled team of technical support engineers based in both India and the US, delivering comprehensive support services to customers globally.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Technical Support for Windows Servers, IIS Servers, MS SQL Servers, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Installation, configuration, security management, and maintenance of Windows Servers.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server.
• Installation, setting up IIS, and deployment of web applications on Windows Servers.
• Provide Technical Support (Production) for web-based applications and products.
• Perform software functional, performance, and usability testing of the software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software product.
• Diagnose, document, and track technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution to meet customer needs.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience providing L2 and L3-level Technical Support in the following technologies:
• Proficient in administering Windows Servers and IIS Web Servers.
• Experience in MS SQL Server database installation, configuration, and administration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to servers, web services, databases and networks.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including FTP, HTTP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• Understanding of key Azure services, VMs, Azure App Services, Azure SQL DB, Azure Storage, Azure AD etc.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of software implementation processes.
• Leverage AI tools such as OpenAI Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and GitHub Copilot to enhance solution design and customer delivery.
