Job Description:
Webandcrafts is hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as WebEngage, Klaviyo, and Netcore. The candidate will be responsible for creating data-driven strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and improving customer engagement through automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing automation strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and execute email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns
Perform audience segmentation and personalization to improve engagement
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI)
Work with internal teams/clients to ensure smooth CRM and platform integration
Stay updated with trends and explore new automation features
Train and guide team members on tools and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing automation
Hands-on experience in WebEngage, Klaviyo, and Netcore (Adobe Marketing Cloud is an added advantage)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization
Good communication and project management skills
