Customer Service Associate- Call Center Operations (JOB Code CSA-2025/08/BPO)

Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (US Client)
Shift Time : 6.30 pm to 4.30 am.
Work Days : 5 Days in a week (Mon-Fri)
Job Requirements:
• Experience: Proven Track record in call center operations (Voice)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in call center operations (Voice)
• Language Skills: Fluent in English
• Client Satisfaction: Demonstrated skill in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide top-notch service and support to our valued clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals.
