Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Reporting & Analytics L2 & L3 Support Sr.Engineer with 4+ years of experiences management, development, and optimization of reporting and analytics solutions within the retail business.
The Senior Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and actionable insights that improve retail operations, sales performance, customer experience, and supply chain efficiency. They will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for analytics tools, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive the ongoing enhancement of the data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Essential Requirements and Qualifications:

* Minimum of 4+ years in IT, with at least 3+ years of experience in development, and optimization of reporting and analytics solutions within the retail business.
* Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for reporting and analytics tools, troubleshooting complex issues related to data accuracy, report generation, and system performance.
* Design and implement solutions using BI tools like Tableau, SSRS, Power BI, QlikView for creating intuitive and actionable business reports.
* Experience on in Web Analytical tools of Google Data Studio/Looker Studio - Google analytics
* Good proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
* Work with databases, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools like SQL, Excel, SSIS, SSRS, and basic and debugging knowledge on C# .NET used in script task.
* Experience with data warehouse concepts, architecture, and management, including tools like Redshift,
