Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Joomla Developer to develop new Joomla-based websites and web applications. The role also involves maintaining and enhancing an existing portfolio of 600+ Joomla websites through upgrades, bug fixes, security enhancements, SEO optimization, and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Joomla, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with excellent English communication skills to collaborate directly with international clients.

Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Joomla development experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge.
Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new Joomla websites and web applications.
Build and customize Joomla components, modules, plugins, and templates.
Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Maintain and support an existing portfolio of 600+ Joomla websites.
Perform Joomla core, extension, and template upgrades, security updates, and bug fixes.
Optimize websites for SEO, performance, security, and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website stability.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Joomla MVC architecture, template overrides, and custom extension development.
Experience developing custom Joomla components, modules, and plugins.
Proven experience with Joomla version upgrades and troubleshooting.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Joomla Certification is a plus.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
