Profile Summary

BIM Engineer with strong expertise in Revit and Navisworks and solid knowledge of power, lighting, and ELV systems. Experienced in coordinated BIM modeling, shop drawings, clash resolution, and leading electrical deliverables to meet quality and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage electrical BIM models
Review designs and ensure model accuracy
Perform clash detection and coordination
Prepare shop drawings, schedules, cable routing, and quantity take-offs
Lead deliverables and support junior team members
Coordinate with teams, consultants, and clients
Maintain BIM standards and ensure timely delivery

Skills and Requirements

BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC
Electrical systems: power, lighting, ELV, grounding
BIM standards, LOD, ISO 19650
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, time management, adaptability
