Software Engineer-Freshers

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using .NET Framework, C#, MVC/ASP.NET, WCF, etc programming languages
Creating or modifying existing code to add new features and improve performance
Coordinate with user groups during the implementation of application systems & ensure complete satisfaction of functional requirements
Involved in design work across the application layers (front-end, services, and back-end)
Overall product testing when new features are implemented, and debugging of issues
Able to handle security and authorization at the code level
Follow best practices, good naming conventions, and generally accepted coding standards
Technical documentation for future reference

System Administrator- Freshers

Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases
Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.
Familiar with system security, virtualization, data backup/recovery and patch management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications in MCSA/CCNA/Azure, along with Network course will be an added advantage
Install and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.)
Manage network, servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain systems according to requirements
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution

System Security Administrators-Freshers

Knowledge in conducting Penetration tests and vulnerability assessments and their tools.
Risk management / Timely Risk Analysis & mitigation.
A strong understanding of firewall technologies, Endpoint systems, and other security systems, Application security, and malware analysis.
Deep understanding of IT Infrastructures, including Protocols, Operating systems, and networks
Good problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Having any certifications like CEH, C-PENT, OSCP or other IT security Certifications will be an added advantage.
Research on global security threats, collect data, and implement the ideas to advance the total security and minimize the attack surface area of the organization.
Do support SOC updates, Disaster recovery programs, and Audit UAR Security tools and Its machines.
Conduct cybersecurity awareness sessions and training sessions with other colleagues.

Personal Assistant

Maintaining privacy and integrity between administrative duties
Manage the team's calendar, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and action items. Draft, review, and send correspondence and communications for the managers.
Maintaining databases and filing systems.
Support the manager in tracking project milestones, deliverables and deadlines for the product team.
Ability to follow established processes
Ability to think critically and find effective solutions
Exceptional skills in both written and verbal communication, coupled with strong time management abilities
Highly organized with excellent Customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Project Managers

Understand the client's requirements.
Planning the breakdown of tasks and delegating to your team.
Developing and leading the team for your projects.
Know how to create BRDs, project plans, status reports. MoMs, etc
Identify and resolve issues that arise. Escalate when needed to higher-ups and take assistance.
Manage your resources.
Ensure satisfaction with stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings and share updates with the client.
Performance evaluation of the project. Check how the project is going
Ensuring that the project is going through proper quality standards and testing is happening regularly.
Working hours: Should be productive for 8 hours a day, and be available until US client support time

Senior Networking and IT Infrastructure Engineer

Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for hybrid or fully cloud-based environments.
Preferred Qualifications - Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or AWS/Azure certifications
Experience with SD-WAN, network automation tools, or scripting (Python, PowerShell)
Knowledge of storage systems (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions.
Understanding of ITIL frameworks and practices.
