Software Implementation and Support Engineer

We are seeking skilled software engineers with experience in software implementation, deployment, configuration and integration of our web-based application within client environments.

This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and experience working with Windows environments and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of our software.
In this role, you will work closely with a talented team of engineers across India and the US, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions for customers worldwide.

Requirements: 1+ Years of experience in the following:

• Software Installation and configuration.
• Deployment, configuration and support for web applications built in .NET.
• Software development, troubleshooting, testing and production support.
• Installation of IIS Web Servers and deployment of web applications.
• Work with Windows servers, IIS, and networking teams to ensure smooth application deployment.

• Perform database setup and configuration.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients on product usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and user guides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Assist with API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations as needed.

Technologies:
• Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server.
• AWS, Azure and cloud services.
• ASP.NET, C#, jQuery, JavaScript.
• REACT, MongoDB, Express.JS and Node JS.
