Senior Marketing Executive (Software Product Sales)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with experience in software product sales and marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong client relationship skills, business development experience, and a willingness to travel for client meetings, field visits, product demonstrations, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:-
* Promote and sell the company's software products and solutions to potential clients.
* Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
* Perform regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
* Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client onboarding.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
* Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor activity reports.
* Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to generate business opportunities.
* Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
* 3–5+ years of experience in software product sales, IT sales, or B2B marketing.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in handling corporate clients and enterprise sales.
* Ability to travel frequently for client visits and field marketing activities.
* Good understanding of software products, ERP solutions, SaaS products, or IT services.
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
