Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Executive to support the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound communication
Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and digital platforms
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Schedule and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Management) to ensure smooth execution of projects
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular performance reports to management
