NOC Technician (0–2 Years)
Join our 24/7 NOC team and get hands-on experience in networking, VoIP, system administration, and media streaming support.
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor network, servers, VoIP, and live streaming systems.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, server, and streaming issues.
• Manage support tickets and communicate with customers.
• Perform routine system admin tasks and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related IT field.
• 0–2 years experience in NOC or IT support.
• Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), VoIP, Windows/Linux.
• Ticketing tool experience & good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switches is a plus.
• Certifications like CCNA/Network+ are advantageous.
