We are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team at Spiralcode Innovates.Responsibilities
ERPNext customization and module development
Server-side scripting (Python, Frappe Framework)
Client requirement analysis and implementation
Integration with third-party tools and APIs
Bug fixing, performance tuning, and support
Working closely with functional and implementation teams
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in ERPNext / Frappe
Strong knowledge of Python, MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript
Experience in custom reports, scripts, workflows, and print formats
Understanding of ERP business processes (Accounts, Stock, HR, etc.)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Experience in ERP implementations
Exposure to cloud deployment and server management
Client interaction experience

Business Development Officer (BDO)
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to join our growing team at Spiralcode Innovates.Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for software solutions
Lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, and deal closures
Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP & automation solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
Travel across Kerala and Bangalore for business development activities
Requirements
Experience in software / IT solution sales
BBA / MBA in Marketing preferred
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude
Good communication skills in English
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
Willingness to travel extensively
Good to Have
Experience in ERP / SaaS / business automation sales
Prior B2B client handling experience
Knowledge of ERP systems like ERPNext
Exposure to field sales and enterprise clients
