Senior Reservation Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Reservation Executive to join our Destination Management Company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, excellent English communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. This role requires working closely with clients and partners to manage reservations, handle inquiries, and support seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle reservation requests, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations across hotels, tours, transfers, and travel services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and travel services offered by the company.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve booking issues or complaints efficiently.
• Prepare and manage booking documentation (vouchers, invoices, itineraries).
• Work across UK-based clients and adapt to UK shift timings.
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately within company standards and operational guidelines.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services (tours, activities, special packages).
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry (DMC experience preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in client handling and customer service.
• Proficiency in reservation systems, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in multiple UK shifts (evening and late shifts).
• Availability to work from the office, 6 days a week.
