Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Content Writer with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent command over language, strong writing and editing skills, and deep expertise in creating SEO-optimized content that drives organic traffic and engages target audiences effectively. This role involves producing various digital content types, leveraging keyword research, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance online visibility and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research and develop high-quality SEO content, including blogs, articles, website pages, landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and product descriptions.
• Optimize all content using effective keyword placement and SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Google Adwords Keyword Planner and analyze content performance via Google Analytics.
• Customize tone and writing style for different target audiences and platforms, ensuring content is clear, persuasive, and aligns with brand voice.
• Collaborate with SEO teams, designers, and marketers to deliver cohesive content strategies and campaigns.
• Update and repurpose existing content to maintain relevancy and maximize impact.
• Create and manage editorial content calendars according to marketing goals and customer engagement metrics.
• Simplify complex industry information for broad comprehension while maintaining quality and factual accuracy.
• Monitor SEO trends and update content strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of proven work experience as an SEO Content Writer or similar role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Expertise in SEO writing, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive content improvements.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
2. Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, link building, and content recommendations.
3. Work closely with the creative designer in the Indian office to ensure website content and visual elements are optimized for SEO.
4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team in the UK office to align SEO campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
5. Track, monitor, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
6. Stay updated with the latest search engine trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
7. Optimize landing pages and travel-related content for improved visibility and lead generation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
4. Solid understanding of on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO concepts.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-border teams (UK Sales & Marketing) and local team members.
6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Reservation Executive to join our Destination Management Company. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, excellent English communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation. This role requires working closely with clients and partners to manage reservations, handle inquiries, and support seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle reservation requests, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations across hotels, tours, transfers, and travel services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate bookings and service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, products, and travel services offered by the company.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve booking issues or complaints efficiently.
• Prepare and manage booking documentation (vouchers, invoices, itineraries).
• Work across UK-based clients and adapt to UK shift timings.
• Ensure all reservations are processed accurately within company standards and operational guidelines.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry (DMC experience preferred).

The candidate should be skilled in creating engaging content, running campaigns, including Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram, and analyzing performance using Google Analytics basics.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow company social media pages with strategic posts and campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to maximize ROI.
