Business Development Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in Business Development. The role involves generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

*Research and identify potential clients in domestic and international IT markets.
*Generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
*Present and promote the company’s software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, Web & Mobile Apps).
*Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
*Assist in preparing proposals, client presentations, and software demonstrations.
*Maintain CRM records, follow up with prospects, and track sales activities.
*Build strong client relationships to drive long-term growth.

Skills Required

*Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

As a key member of our team, your main responsibility is to drive business growth by identifying new clients, building strong relationships, closing deals, and collaborating across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about international IT sales.

*Key Responsibilities
1. Exploring Growth Opportunities
Perform in-depth industry and market analysis to identify potential business prospects and strategic partnerships.
Cultivate lasting client relationships that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2.Solution Presentation & Demonstrations
Develop tailored presentations and conduct interactive product walkthroughs to effectively communicate our software’s benefits to target audiences.

3. Prospect Engagement & Lead Sourcing
Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and networking to connect with potential international clients and generate quality leads.

4. Relationship Management
Engage regularly with key stakeholders, ensuring professional rapport and long-term cooperation with clients and partners.

5. Deal Structuring & Closure
Handle pricing discussions and commercial negotiations to finalize agreements that meet both company goals and client expectations.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination
Work alongside the marketing and product teams to sync lead generation strategies through digital campaigns, content distribution, and brand outreach.

*Requirements
1.Minimum 2 years of experience in international business development within the IT/software services sector.
2.Self-starter with the confidence and drive to generate leads independently.
3.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
4.Demonstrated success in closing high-ticket IT deals and onboarding international clients.
5.Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills.
6.In-depth awareness of current tech trends, digital solutions, and emerging innovations.
