We are hiring Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) across multiple experience levels to strengthen the reliability, performance, and scalability of our on-premise infrastructure. Depending on your experience, you will support daily operations, own production systems, or lead platform reliability initiatives.

Role Overview
As an SRE at UNILAW, you will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable, resilient platforms. The scope of ownership and leadership will vary based on experience level.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage Kubernetes workloads using Devtron
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high availability of MariaDB, Redis, and Ceph
• Perform Linux OS & VPS maintenance, patching, and upgrades
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA
• Automate operational tasks using scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience-Based Expectations
-JSRE/01/26 (2+ Years)
• Support Kubernetes and CI/CD operations
• Assist with database, storage, and system maintenance
• Learn monitoring, reliability, and automation best practices
-SRE/02/26 (5+ Years)
• Own Kubernetes workloads and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage databases, storage systems, and upgrades
• Handle incidents and improve observability and monitoring
-SSRE/03/26 (8+ Years)
• Design and lead platform reliability and scaling initiatives
• Own CI/CD, high availability, and disaster recovery strategies
• Lead major incidents and mentor SRE and platform teams
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
• Experience with databases and caching systems
• Automation and scripting mindset
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
