We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of full-stack development experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, leading a small team, and attending all client meetings for requirement discussions, demos, and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Build scalable and reusable UI components using React.js, Hooks, Angular, and Redux.
3. Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Manage and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and aggregations.
5. Lead and mentor junior developers within the team.
6. Attend client meetings to gather requirements, present demos, and share technical updates.
7. Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and project management teams.
8. Use Docker for basic containerization and deployment workflows.
9. Troubleshoot issues and optimize overall application performance.

Requirements Technical Skills

1. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
2. Hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, Angular, Redux/Redux Toolkit.
3. Experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
4. Proficiency in MongoDB and Mongoose (schemas, queries, aggregations).
5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
6. Experience with Docker for containerization and basic deployments.
7. Strong understanding of Git/GitHub version control.
8. Experience in developing and maintaining full-stack MERN applications.
9. Ability to build scalable and reusable UI components.
10. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
11. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Education

Senior Firmware Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Firmware Engineer to join our embedded systems team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust firmware solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in embedded systems, hands-on experience with microcontrollers, and a deep understanding of communication protocols. This position also involves documentation, testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for various applications.
2. Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation for all project phases.
3. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimisation of firmware.
4. Build tools and implement verification techniques to ensure system reliability.
5. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to align on specifications and performance metrics.
6. Participate in sprint planning and actively contribute to agile workflows.

Requirements:

1. Strong programming skills in Embedded C; familiarity with C++ is an added advantage.
2. Solid understanding of MQTT and HTTPS communication protocols.
3. Experience in processor selection and implementation of interfaces, including UART, CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, RS-232, RS-485, MODBUS, and Ethernet.
4. Hands-on experience with microcontroller families such as ARM Cortex-M, STM32, NXP Kinetis, Nuvoton, PIC32 & Open CPU
5. Proficient in designing embedded components like device drivers, HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), and RTOS-based stacks.
6. Working knowledge of GIT for source control and collaboration.
7. Experience in managing tasks using sprint-based development cycles.

Qualifications:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
