JOB TITLE:- Web Developer (INTERN)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Web Developer (INTERN) to design, develop, and maintain our Employee Management / HR Portal. The candidate will be responsible for building secure, user-friendly HR modules such as employee management, attendance, leave system, payroll support (basic), and admin dashboards using ASP.NET Core and SQL Server.
This role is ideal for developers who have confidence and skill to independently handle full-cycle development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1️⃣ Development
Develop web application using ASP.NET Core MVC / Razor Pages
Design database using SQL Server
Implement Entity Framework Core for data access
Build core HR modules:
Employee Profiles
Attendance & Leave Management
Announcements & Documents
Role-based dashboards

2️⃣ Security & Authentication
Implement ASP.NET Identity
Role-Based Access Control (Admin / HR / Manager / Employee)
Secure API & data handling
Ensure compliance and data privacy best practices

3️⃣ UI & User Experience
Build responsive UI using:
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Create user-friendly forms & dashboards
Ensure mobile-friendly design

4️⃣ Integration & Enhancements
Email notifications integration (SMTP/Gmail/Azure)
Export/Reports (PDF/Excel)
Create modular structure for future expansion

5️⃣ Deployment & Maintenance
Deploy application on IIS / Azure
Maintain application performance
Bug fixing & improvements
Database backup & monitoring

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:-

Strong knowledge of C#
ASP.NET Core MVC / Razor Pages
Entity Framework Core
SQL Server / Database design
LINQ
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
REST API basics
Authentication / Authorization concepts

ADDITIONAL GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS:-
(Not mandatory but added advantage)

Azure / AWS deployment
Git / Version control
Reporting tools (Chart.js/Crystal Reports)
Basic DevOps understanding


EXPERIENCE:-
Freshers with strong knowledge in domain.

SOFT SKILLS:-
Ability to work independently
Problem-solving mind-set
Good communication

EDUCATION:-
B.Tech / B.E / BSc / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science


EMPLOYMENT TYPE:-
Hybrid / Remote (as per your preference)

LOCATION:- Kochi.
