Role Overview:
MarketBytes WebWorks Private Limited is looking for a results-driven and proactive SEO Analyst / Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and accelerate business growth.
This role demands hands-on expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid advertising, social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate will independently manage campaigns, optimize digital assets, generate quality leads, and continuously improve ROI through data-driven strategies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and sales to execute high-impact digital marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, schema, internal linking, content optimization).
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach.
- Monitor and improve website performance, rankings, and organic traffic.
- Manage technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
2. Paid Campaign Management (Performance Marketing)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages.
3. Social Media Marketing & Branding
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across:
* Facebook
* Instagram
* LinkedIn
* YouTube
- Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions.
- Track insights and improve content strategy based on analytics.
- Develop brand positioning and digital storytelling strategies.
4. Content Strategy & Development
- Create SEO-optimized blog posts and website content.
- Write compelling ad copies, social media captions, newsletters, and landing page content.
- Collaborate with designers for graphics, videos, and marketing creatives.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across platforms.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track KPIs including traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and engagement metrics.
- Use tools like:
* Google Analytics
* Google Search Console
* SEMrush / Ahrefs
* Meta Business Suite
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with development teams for technical SEO improvements.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
