Summary

The Business Analyst (BA) will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, focusing on process optimization, requirements gathering, and system implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, executable technical requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders using interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
* Process Modelling: Analyze and document current 'As-Is' processes and design optimal future 'To-Be' processes.
* Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the business unit, development teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
* Testing and Validation: Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to define test plans and success criteria, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Solution Evaluation: Evaluate potential solutions to business problems and recommend the most effective course of action.

Skills & Knowledge

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with ERP environments is a plus.
* Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), and reporting/visualization tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Commerce, or related field.
* Experience in ERP implementation support or functional modules (added advantage).

Senior Marketing Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in driving our startup’s growth and global expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong business relationships, closing strategic deals, and contributing to the company’s overall business development initiatives.

We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT International Business, possessing a proven track record in client acquisition, international market development, and revenue growth.


Roles & Responsibilities

* Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new international business opportunities within the IT sector.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
* Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at international meetings, conferences, and networking events.
* Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
* Used various methods (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach out to prospects and generate leads.
* Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and generate leads through content marketing, social media, and other efforts.

Required Skills & Knowledge

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT International Business Development or a related field.
* Strong understanding of international markets, client management, and B2B sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a startup environment.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
