Junior Front-End Developer

Job Description:
The Junior Client Onboarding & Form Specialist will be responsible for creating and customizing digital intake forms. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Form Creation: Build and configure intake forms for HH clients using our internal form builder tool.
• Form Customization: Use basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize form layouts, design, and functionality to meet specific client needs.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of client requests, form specifications, and the status of their onboarding in our project management tools.
• Collaboration: Work with the technical support teams to troubleshoot form related issues and ensure a smooth client transition.
• Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving the intake and onboarding process to enhance client experience and team efficiency.

Qualifications
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or web-development-related role.
Technical Skills:
o Mandatory: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Preferred: Some exposure to using or customizing web applications that utilize HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Familiarity with form-building tools for creating web-based forms is a plus.

Soft Skills:
o Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
o Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure forms are accurate and error-free.
o Organizational: Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple client form creation simultaneously.

IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment.
- Serving as administrator for various corporate software systems.
- Managing and administering Microsoft Entra Admin Center, including user provisioning, group
management, and role-based access control in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploying and enforcing IT security policies and procedures across endpoints and cloud services.
- Providing Tier 1-3 support and resolving IT-related issues for all staff in a timely and professional
manner.
- Administering and maintaining internal networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and related
infrastructure.
- Configuring, maintaining, and supporting VPN solutions for secure remote access, including user

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

CompTIA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in environments using Microsoft
Entra ID.
- Strong experience with cloud identity management, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, and M365
administration.
- Deep knowledge of networking concepts and hands-on experience in VPN configuration, firewall
management, and endpoint security.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system
performance.

The ideal candidate will ensure database performance, availability, and security, while collaborating with development and DevOps teams to implement scalable, high-performing solutions.
Experience with PostgreSQL administration will be considered a strong advantage.

1. Install, configure, and maintain MySQL database servers across development, testing, and production environments.
2. Monitor database performance, implement tuning strategies, and optimize queries and indexes.
3. Design and manage database backup, recovery, and replication strategies (Master-Slave, Group Replication, or Cluster).
4. Ensure database security, integrity, and availability by implementing access controls, data encryption, and regular audits.
5. Perform database upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime.
6. Collaborate with developers to design efficient database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
7. Troubleshoot performance issues, deadlocks, replication delays, and other database-related incidents.
