Chief Financial Officer (With HR, BDM, Finance & Operations Experience)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will play a strategic leadership role across Finance, Sales, Business Development, HR, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing cross-functional teams while driving organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Strategy
Lead overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
Sales & Business Development
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth.
Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and deal structuring.
Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
Track sales performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
HR & People Management
Oversee HR operations including manpower planning, performance management, and policy adherence.
Support hiring strategies, workforce optimization, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
Act as a leadership mentor for managers and team leads.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and process optimization.
Implement systems and SOPs to improve productivity and operational controls.
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth business functioning.
Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and employees.
Represent the organization in internal and external discussions when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of professional experience, including leadership roles.
Strong exposure to Finance, Sales, Business Development, HR, and Operations.
Proven experience in overall team management and cross-functional leadership.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
