Role Summary:
We're seeking an experienced MEP Team Lead for BIM/CAD works to oversee the development, implementation, and management of BIM/CAD projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM & CAD software’s, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM/CAD team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate project workflows with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in modeling and ensure that all project

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD,

This role involves the creation and coordination of MEP BIM models for various types of building projects, ensuring high-quality design integration, clash-free execution, and alignment with project standards and timelines.
