We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop strategies that expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, calls, networking, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and outreach targets.
Qualifications
• B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
