Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, feedback sessions, and wellness programs
Handle day-to-day HR operations including documentation, HRIS updates, and policy implementation
Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Contribute to performance management, training coordination, and internal communications

Required Skills:

Proficiency in HR tools and applicant tracking systems
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role Summary:
We're seeking an experienced MEP Team Lead for BIM/CAD works to oversee the development, implementation, and management of BIM/CAD projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BIM & CAD software’s, leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the MEP BIM/CAD team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Coordinate project workflows with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in modeling and ensure that all project
models are up to date and consistent.
• Facilitate communication between BIM teams, architects, engineers, and project managers to
streamline the coordination of design and construction information.
• Represent the company in online client meetings, providing BIM expertise to resolve any modeling or
coordination issues.
• Develop and maintain BIM content libraries and templates.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software, and technologies.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
o 5+ years of experience working in a BIM-related role, preferably in construction, engineering,
or architecture.
o 1+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD,
Fabrication CADMep etc.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and modeling.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor
and guide teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems modeling and coordination using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Autodesk Revit. This role involves the creation and coordination of MEP BIM models for various types of building projects, ensuring high-quality design integration, clash-free execution, and alignment with project standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Team Lead in diverse BIM projects.
• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Deliver high-quality MEP shop and Fabrication drawings, documentation, and clash detection reports.
• Perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
