Role Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic & Motion Graphics Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in both static and motion-based design, with the ability to create visually appealing graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Create graphics for brochures, flyers, social media, e-newsletters, banners, and presentations.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce motion graphics and videos for marketing and social platforms.
• Edit and enhance raw footage into high-quality video content.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver creative outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency, follow design trends, and incorporate feedback with attention to detail.
• Manage multiple design and video tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry tools and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and motion/video work (academic or freelance accepted).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of animation, video editing, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Front End Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Front End Developer to join our onsite development team.
You will play a key role in developing responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences with modern web technologies.

Responsibilities
• Develop responsive and dynamic UIs using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect web pages.
• Work closely with designers and back-end developers to implement interactive features.
• Optimize performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain and improve frontend build systems and component libraries.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate in Agile teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and sprint planning meetings.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Proficient with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Exposure to tools like Figma or Adobe XD for design interpretation.
• Experience with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress is a plus.
