Flutter Developer

Job description:

Position: Flutter Developer
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Location : Infopark, Kochi
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Role Overview

Merabt Technologies is looking for a talented Flutter Developer (2–3 years experience) to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle mobile app modules, deliver high-quality code, and collaborate closely with our design, backend, and project management teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that align with client requirements and Merabt’s delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for Android and iOS.
Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive app interfaces.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver features on time.
Integrate backend services using REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, or GraphQL.
Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX, etc.
Ensure smooth performance, optimize app speed, and fix bugs proactively.
Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and follow clean coding practices.
Handle app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Stay updated on Flutter, mobile frameworks, and latest development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter app development.
Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, and UI components.
Experience integrating APIs and working with Firebase services.
Good understanding of app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience working with Android Studio, VS Code, and Xcode.
Familiarity with working on Figma/Adobe XD designs.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience publishing apps on the Play Store / App Store.
Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (Fastlane, Codemagic) is an added advantage.
Basic exposure to backend technologies (Python / PHP) is a plus.
Understanding of Agile development methodology.

Business Development Executive – ERP Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in ERP sales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, present ERP solutions effectively, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the ERP domain.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness.

2. Client Engagement & Solution Presentation

Understand client business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions (ERPNext/Frappe).
Conduct product demos, presentations, and requirement discussions with prospects.
Coordinate with the technical/functional team to prepare proposals and solution documents.

3. Sales Cycle Management

Manage end-to-end sales activities including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools.

4. Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Act as a point of contact for pre-sales queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor offerings, and industry requirements.
Provide insights to management for strategy development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably ERPNext/Frappe or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes across domains (Accounts, Inventory, HR, CRM, POS, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
