Junior Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Department is looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Junior Sales and Marketing Executive to actively contribute to the
organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting marketing
initiatives to drive business development.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Lead Generation & Client Engagement
o Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls,
emails, and networking.
o Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
o Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Sales Support & Business Development
o Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
o Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
o Collaborate with senior sales executives to achieve revenue
targets.
• Marketing & Promotional Activities
o Support the execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and
traditional.
o Assist in social media management, email marketing, and
content creation.
o Conduct market research to identify industry trends and
competitor strategies.
• Data Management & Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
software.

o Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
o Provide insights and feedback to improve sales and marketing
strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management
o Address customer inquiries and provide product/service
information.
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues
promptly.

Basic Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on Sales and
Marketing. Equivalent qualifications in relevant disciplines will also be
considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or
business development, preferably within a software services, IT, or
digital engineering organization.
• Educational Background: Strong organizational abilities with a proven
ability to follow systematic sales and marketing processes, manage
pipelines, and meet deadlines.
• Communication and Customer Focus: Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills with a customer-centric approach, capable of
building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Independence and Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability
to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain
accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
