Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Java with a strong backend and DevOps background to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The role involves building high-performance backend services while actively contributing to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and reliability
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes (EKS)
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, Cognito, and EKS
• Monitor application health and performance using logging and monitoring tools
• Ensure security best practices, including authentication and authorization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development

• Strong DevOps experience with:
o Docker & Kubernetes

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-aptitude fast learning engineer with 2+ years of experience. You will serve as a technical "adapter," bridging the gap between current processes and the world of emerging AI possibilities. Precision in execution is required, but your greatest asset will be your ability to navigate uncertain engineering industry landscape and to bring structured insights and experimentation to drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Execution:
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular 18+, focusing on Signal-based state management.
• Implement responsive interfaces with precision using our internal Design Kits.

AI & Harness Adaptation:
• Assist in structuring AI agent workflows and building agentic harnesses.

aligner platform. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and work
closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives. This
role requires a blend of traditional frontend excellence and a forward-thinking approach to
AI-integrated development practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Frontend Development:
• Lead the design and maintenance of web applications using Angular 18+,
and signal based reactive patterns.
• Implement responsive interfaces with high technical precision and mastering
UI/UX development practices using proper design libraries extending Angular
material.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices
and proper design and architectural patterns.
• Technical Discovery & Strategic Influence:
