Position Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a crucial part of our Customer success
Team. Your success will be driven by your genuine passion for helping customers and
your willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via email ,phone and chat, giving prompt answers to
customer questions.
• Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the
correct details to customer queries.
• Resolve customer queries to adequate resolution within the agreed Service Level
Agreement (SLA) deadlines
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team and product team
for faster resolutions.
• Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex
issue.
• Resolve incoming queries from Sales team to enable a sale.
• Reaching out doctors, staff, and other dental practice stakeholders to provide
updates, and retrieve information for patient record management.
Qualifications:
➢ Graduation in any discipline.
➢ Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
➢ Voice process experience mandatory.
➢ Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.
➢ Support executive experience with US-based companies preferred.

Senior Backend Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Java with a strong backend
and DevOps background to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, cloud￾native applications. The role involves building high-performance backend services
while actively contributing to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 11+, Spring Boot,
and JPA/Hibernate
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and reliability
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes (EKS)
• Work with AWS services such as EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, Cognito, and EKS
• Monitor application health and performance using logging and monitoring tools
• Ensure security best practices, including authentication and authorization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and production support
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and database performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with microservices and REST API design
• Strong DevOps experience with:
o Docker & Kubernetes
o CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI)
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Experience with Linux, shell scripting, and production deployments
• Good understanding of system design and scalability
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

QA Automation Engineer

Job Description: Automation & AI Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer who is ready to bridge the gap between traditional automation and AI-driven quality engineering. You will not only build robust test frameworks but also leverage AI tools to increase test coverage, reduce maintenance overhead, and accelerate our CI/CD pipeline.



Key Responsibilities

AI-Enhanced Frameworks: Design and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) while integrating AI-powered plugins for self-healing locators to reduce flaky tests.

Generative QA: Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI tools to automatically generate test cases, edge-case scenarios, and synthetic test data.

Shift-Left Intelligence: Implement AI tools that analyze code changes to predict which tests are most likely to fail, optimizing our test suites for faster feedback.

Visual Regression: Deploy AI-based visual testing tools (like Applitools or Percy) to detect UI inconsistencies that traditional pixel-matching tools miss.

Performance Insight: Use machine learning models to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks before they impact production.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

Traditional Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript and experience with frameworks like PyTest, TestNG, or Cypress.

AI Tooling: Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI testing platforms (e.g., Testim.io, Mabl, or Functionize).

Prompt Engineering: Ability to use GenAI (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to assist in writing scripts and documenting test plans.

Data Literacy: Basic understanding of how AI models are trained and validated, specifically for testing AI-integrated features within our own product.
