DevOps Engineer

Experience : (3–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to support the deployment, automation, and management of applications across cloud and container platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for CI/CD pipeline management, Kubernetes-based deployments, system monitoring, and ensuring secure and compliant operations in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment
• Deploy and manage applications on Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Support cloud infrastructure operations (OCI / Azure)
• Ensure all deployments follow approved processes, security policies, and change management workflows
• Manage container images, versioning, and registry operations
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions
• Work with development teams to onboard and deploy applications
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Ensure proper access control, secrets management, and security practices
• Maintain documentation and ensure all activities are auditable and compliant

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering

Required Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with:
o Docker and Kubernetes
o CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Good understanding of:
o Cloud platforms (OCI or Azure)
o Linux systems and shell scripting
• Experience with:
o Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / YAML / Helm – basic level)

Security & Compliance Awareness
• Understanding of:
o Access control (RBAC / IAM)
o Secure deployment practices

Key Competencies
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices
• Knowledge of container security and vulnerability scanning

Compliance Officer (GRC,IT)

Experience Required: 4–6 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to ensure the organization adheres to information security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

The role involves policy management, audit support, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring across IT, cloud, and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with:
o Internal policies and procedures
o Regulatory requirements (e.g., UAE PDPL)
o Industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, procedures, and control frameworks
• Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers
• Support and coordinate:
o Internal audits
o External audits (ISO / client / regulatory)
• Monitor and validate:
o Access controls (IAM / RBAC)
o Change management processes
o IT and cloud operations
• Ensure all activities are:
o Properly approved
o Logged and documented
o Auditable
• Track and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions
• Promote compliance awareness and security best practices across teams
• Support incident reporting, exception handling, and RCA activities
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of:
o ISO 27001 or information security frameworks
o Risk management and audit processes
• Good understanding of:
o IT infrastructure and cloud environments
o Access control and security practices
• Experience in:
o Policy drafting and documentation
o Audit coordination and compliance monitoring

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in compliance, IT governance, or information security

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Certifications such as:
o ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
• Experience with:
o UAE PDPL or regional regulatory requirements
o Cloud security and governance
