Marketing Intern
Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the team in basic marketing and customer communication activities such as calling potential clients, collecting required information, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain basic company services and gather customer requirements
Maintain and update customer data in spreadsheets or CRM
Send emails and follow-ups to clients
Coordinate with the internal team for lead updates
Assist in daily marketing and administrative tasks
Requirements
Good communication skills (spoken and written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Confidence in talking to customers over phone
Ability to understand and note customer requirements
Organized and responsible
Willingness to learn
