SEO Expert with 4 Years of Experience

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2.Conduct keyword research, analyze website performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
3.Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to enhance website visibility and user experience.
4.Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings.
5.Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.
6.Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2.Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO optimization, preferably with experience in reputable brands.
3.Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
4.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
5.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with US-based clients is a must.
6.Proven track record of improving organic search performance and driving measurable results.

Videographer cum Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

*Create social media–ready video content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, Product Demos, Testimonials, Event Coverage).

*Shoot professional videos at various locations (Kochi → Thrissur and nearby).

*Edit videos with music, captions, transitions, color grading, and motion graphics.

*Design social media creatives such as thumbnails, posters, banners, and digital ads.

*Work with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaign visuals.

*Ensure all media aligns with brand guidelines.

*Manage media assets, backups, and project files.


Required Skills

-Expertise in social media video creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.

-Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

-Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).

-Ability to handle cameras, lighting, gimbals, drones (optional), and audio gear.

-Creative sense for storytelling, angles, pacing, and trends.

-Ability to work independently; meet tight deadlines.

-Willingness to travel for shoots.


Preferred Qualifications

-Experience in short-form video creation (Reels/Shorts).

-South Indian candidates preferred.

-Knowledge of Malayalam/Hindi/English for on-site coordination (optional but helpful).

-Portfolio demonstrating previous video + graphic design work.


Work Mode

-Hybrid

-Travel for shoots (Kochi → Thrissur region).

-Work-from-home for editing and design tasks.
