Business Development Executive

We are looking for a high-performing and self-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of IT services and digital solutions. This is an individual contributor role that requires end-to-end ownership of the sales process – from prospecting to closure. Responsibilities

1. Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound channels, referrals, and market research.
2. Drive new business opportunities for web, mobile, and enterprise software development services.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
4. Understand client needs and propose tailored IT and digital transformation solutions that align with business objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Product Owners).

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT services or digital solutions industry.
3. Proven ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
4. Strong understanding of software development services, including web and mobile applications, SaaS, and enterprise solutions.
5. Experience working with international clients is preferred.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and outbound sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of sales targets.

Experience and Education
