Business Development Manager - Recruitment(Remote-Female)

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the Canadian Onsite Team to enhance sales and recruit realtors.
2. Drive sales growth through the recruitment of realtors.
3. Effectively manage provided leads by conducting cold calls.
4. Conduct online research to identify and obtain contact details of realtors when leads are insufficient, and initiate cold calling as necessary.
5. Set up a process for vetting new realtors that is scalable and ensures each realtor meets our criteria.
6. Collect the candidate details and prepare the contracts in accordance with the specified requirements.
7. Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from the applicants to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private and confidential.
8. Find new talent for our sales team’s success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication.

Requirements:
1. Superb time management and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, and any other regional language is a good to have).
3. Familiar with online job posting tools.
4. Coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada.
5. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, business development or related positions is preferable.

2. Shift Time: 7.30 pm to 4.30am IST (Shift in Canada : 9am to 6pm EST)

Graphic Designer

Role and Responsibilities
• We require graphic designers with expertise in Social Media Poster Design, Brochures, Logo Design, Emailers and Newsletters, etc.
• Expertise in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Animate the created posters into motion posters.
• Create minimal Motion Graphic Videos.
• Think Creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layout – Up to date with industry and graphic designing skill backed by a strong portfolio.
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively while quickly adapting to our working style and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of the Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Motion Graphics.
• Creativity skills and problem-solving attitude.

Role and Responsibilities
1. The ability to partner with our creative and marketing team members to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more)
2. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts – Up to date with industry
3. Create visually stunning video assets and content

Requirements
1. Relevant experience of 1-5 years.
2. Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite, (including Photoshop, Aftereffects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
4. Should be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
5. Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries and deliver visually appealing video assets and content.

Responsibilities:
• Blogger Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with relevant bloggers, influencers, and industry experts.Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for outreach campaigns.Conduct outreach activities to secure guest posting opportunities and collaborations.
• Backlink Acquisition:Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.Stay updated on the latest trends and algorithm changes to adapt link-building strategies accordingly.
• CollaborationWork closely with the content team to align content creation with SEO objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
