We are looking for a skilled Dot Net Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing desktop applications while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop applications using WinForms
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using VB.NET (preferred) or C#
Maintain and modernize legacy desktop applications
Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and software defects
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time
Ensure compatibility across different systems and environments
Maintain documentation and follow version control best practices
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in WinForms desktop application development
Strong knowledge of .NET Framework (VB.NET or C#)
Good understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Experience with SQL Server and database integration
Familiarity with Git or SVN
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication skill

Job description:
Eqsoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and technically strong Project Manager to lead our software development projects. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in VB.NET, .NET Core, Flutter, Angular, APIs, SQL, MySQL, cloud technologies, and full-stack development, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The role involves managing both cloud-based and desktop ERP projects effectively from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end software development projects — planning, execution, delivery, and maintenance.
Manage ERP, cloud-based, and desktop software projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Supervise frontend, backend, and mobile development teams, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Review and guide technical architecture, database structure, and API integrations.
Handle cloud hosting, deployment, and maintenance (AWS, Azure, or similar).
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to gather requirements and define project goals.
Monitor project timelines, team performance, and budgets to achieve optimal results.
Ensure software security, performance, and scalability standards are maintained.
Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
Provide technical mentoring and leadership to developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in handling desktop-based and ERP system projects is required.
Strong expertise in VB.NET, .NET Core, API development, and SQL/MySQL databases.
Proficient in Flutter (mobile app development) and Angular (frontend).
Knowledge of cloud technologies, deployment, and data management.
Solid understanding of frontend and backend development (Full Stack).
Good command over version control systems (SVN, Git, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent team management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in multi-platform ERP deployment (web, desktop, mobile).
Knowledge of UI/UX standards and third-party system integrations.
Exposure to server-side performance optimization.
Ability to analyse and modernize legacy systems for better performance and scalability.
