About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales of our
Insurance Broker ERP platform and also to generate opportunities for custom software
development services. The role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, product
demonstrations, proposal coordination, and business closure support.

Key Responsibilities
Product Sales
 Identify and engage insurance brokers, insurance intermediaries, TPAs and related
organizations.
 Schedule product demonstrations and presentations.
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
 Follow up with decision-makers and influencers.
 Assist in preparing proposals and commercial offers.

IT Services Sales
 Generate leads for custom software development, web applications, mobile applications,
AI solutions, ERP systems and digital transformation projects.
 Build relationships with prospective clients across India and overseas markets.
 Coordinate with technical teams during requirement discussions.

Marketing
 Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
 Conduct email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
 Participate in industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.

Requirements
 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS sales or IT services sales.
