System Validation Engineer

Role Purpose:
Execute computer system validation (CSV) activities to ensure regulated systems are compliant, fit for intended use, and approved for production.

Compliance Scope:
*ICH E6 (GCP), FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GAMP 5.

Core Responsibilities:
*Author and maintain Validation Plan defining scope, deliverables, testing strategy, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities.
*Review and approve System Design Documentation (architecture, infrastructure, database, interfaces, configuration).
*Develop Testing Plan and author/pre-approve Validation Protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) with defined steps and expected results.
*Execute or oversee validation testing on production or equivalent systems; document and approve results.
*Review Code Review Reports and verify Unit Test Results for development compliance.
*Manage Validation Incident Reports, including impact assessment, corrective actions, regression testing, and closure.
*Maintain Traceability Matrices (URS → FRS → Design → Tests) ensuring complete coverage.
*Prepare Testing Summary Report and Validation Summary Report authorizing production release.
*Support Deployment Plan execution and perform Installation Qualification (IQ); ensure IQ reusability.

Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
*Proven experience in CSV within regulated (GxP) environments.
*Strong knowledge of SDLC, risk-based validation, and validation documentation.

Key Skills:
*Technical documentation, system architecture understanding, compliance focus, cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:
*ERP/LIMS/QMS/MES validation, electronic records/signatures, audit and inspection support.

Role Summary:

As an Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals with new and existing clients. Your deep understanding of IT products and services, coupled with a talent for sales, will drive the expansion of our client base and help us achieve our sales targets. Experience in product sales and a working knowledge of digital marketing/SEO strategies will be considered an added advantage, enabling more effective targeting and engagement of our prospective customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT sector.
•Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
•Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services, leveraging your experience in product sales to tailor your approach.
•Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our IT products/services to clients and prospects, incorporating digital marketing/SEO insights to enhance message delivery and engagement.
•Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
•Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, including trends in digital marketing and SEO that can impact sales strategies.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and initiatives, particularly those involving digital marketing and SEO to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
•Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to promote our products/services and gather market intelligence, with an eye towards digital marketing trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.
•Proven sales experience in the IT industry, with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and experience in product sales.
•Strong understanding of IT products and services.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Knowledge in digital marketing/SEO strategies is a significant advantage.

Technical Support Executive

Position: Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers with technical queries while also ensuring the quality of products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Excel, email writing skills, and a keen eye for detail to perform QA-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or chat regarding technical issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in software installation, configuration, and system updates.
Conduct manual testing of software and applications to identify bugs or performance issues.
Develop and execute test cases to ensure software meets quality standards.
Document and report defects, inconsistencies, and errors to the development team.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
Use Excel for test data management, reports, and tracking QA metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Strong email writing skills with professional etiquette.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of software testing concepts (manual testing, bug tracking tools).
