Shopify Developer(1-2 Years Experience)

Location: Infopark, Kochi

Employment Type: Full-time (Work From Office)

Job Responsibilities

1. Customize and modify existing Shopify themes to align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
2. Develop custom Shopify themes, templates, and components based on project requirements.
3. Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading times and responsive design across different devices.
4. Integrate third-party applications and plugins to extend Shopify's functionality.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, payment gateways, and other e-commerce components.
6. Stay updated with the latest Shopify trends, best practices, and industry standards to suggest improvements and innovations.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.

Qualification / Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify development, including theme customization, app 3. integration, and performance optimization.
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and liquid templating language.
4. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and server architecture (Apache or Nginix).
5. Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
6. Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
7. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on projects.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10. Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
