Job Title: Lock Desk Analyst – Mortgage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lock Desk Analyst to join our US Mortgage Operations team. This role is responsible for managing the loan pricing and rate lock process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in alignment with investor and secondary market guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and monitor rate lock requests, re-locks, extensions, and changes.
Ensure loan pricing is accurate and consistent with client policy and investor guidelines.
Maintain accurate data in the Loan Origination System (LOS) and Pricing Tools.
Communicate effectively with loan officers, processors, and secondary market team.
Track lock expirations and proactively notify stakeholders.
Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies or pricing issues.
Support audits by ensuring the pricing accuracy (discount points / Fees) and compliance documentation (disclosures - LE and CD).
Stay updated with market changes, pricing policies, and investor guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in mortgage operations, pricing desk, or lock desk preferred.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Familiarity with loan pricing engines (e.g., Optimal Blue, Encompass, Polly) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel and data management tools.
High attention to detail and time sensitivity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

US Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage loan files from application through closing. The Mortgage Loan Processor will ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with investor and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of mortgage underwriting requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple files efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Review residential mortgage loan applications (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc.) for completeness and accuracy
• Collect and verify required documentation including income, employment, credit, assets, tax returns, and property information
• Calculate debt-to-income (DTI), loan-to-value (LTV), and other qualifying ratios
• Order and review third-party documents such as appraisals, title reports, flood certifications, and verifications
• Submit complete loan packages to underwriting
• Clear underwriting conditions in a timely manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and real estate agents
• Ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations (TRID, RESPA, TILA, etc.)
• Prepare loan files for closing and coordinate with closing department
• Track pipeline to meet closing deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing
• Strong understanding of Conventional, FHA, VA, and other residential mortgage programs
• Familiarity with automated underwriting systems (DU/LP)
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
