About the internshipWe’re hiring college students for a project-based internship where you’ll learn by building real features end-to-end. You’ll work with a mentor, ship deliverables on a weekly cadence, and finish with a portfolio-ready project you can confidently showcase.
What you’ll do
- Work on a real-world product/project (not just tutorials or mock tasks)
- Build features across Python
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate using Git, issues, and weekly sprints (Agile-style)
- Debug, test, and improve performance and reliability
- Document your work and present progress regularly (demo-focused)
What you’ll learn
- How production-style software is planned, built, tested, and shipped
- Practical engineering workflows: Git branching, PRs, reviews, releases
- System thinking: APIs, databases, auth, background jobs, deployments (role-dependent)
- Communication habits that strong engineers use (updates, estimation, ownership)

- Personal projects on GitHub
- Familiarity with Flask/Django/Node/React, SQL, or REST APIs
- Exposure to Docker, Linux, cloud basics, or CI/CD

📍 Location: Carnival Infopark, Cochin⏳ Duration: 6 Months (With Stipend)
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support employee records management and documentation
- Help coordinate training and development activities
- Assist in payroll, attendance, and HR reporting
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
