Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Creative Executive to develop engaging digital content and visual assets that enhance brand presence, drive patient engagement, and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Creative & Design

● Design high-quality creatives (images and videos) for social media, website, ads, campaigns, and promotions
● Create posters, banners, brochures, patient education materials, and clinic branding assets
● Develop visually appealing video thumbnails, reels covers, and ad creatives
● Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

πŸ“± Digital & Social Media

● Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & Google campaigns
● Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, testimonials, and Educational content)
● Plan and execute campaign creatives for health camps, offers, and awareness drives
● Collaborate with the marketing team for performance-driven ad creatives

🎬 Video & Multimedia

● Basic video shooting and editing (clinic shoots, doctor interviews, testimonials)
● Motion graphics and animation for healthcare awareness content
● Develop creative concepts for paid ad campaigns

πŸ“Š Brand & Campaign Support

● Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to translate medical concepts into engaging visuals
● Assist in campaign planning and creative strategy
● Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials

Required Skills

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, etc.)
● Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
● Basic knowledge of video editing & motion graphics

● Ability to handle multiple projects within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field

🌐 Website & SEO

● Oversee website performance, landing pages, and lead funnels

● Optimize Google Business Profiles across clinic locations

● Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager & other tools
