Key Responsibilities
Update KB articles regularly to reflect new technologies and fixes.
Create and maintain technical guides for cPanel, Linux servers, and virtualization (KVM/OpenVZ).
Document troubleshooting steps, best practices, and FAQs for internal teams and customers.
Convert complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand documentation
Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience in system administration and technical content writing
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to document IT and system-related concepts
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and system tools
Familiarity with documentation tools or knowledge base systems
