● Handle walk-in and online enquiries, provide detailed information, and convert leads into
admissions.
● Maintain and follow up with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
● Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
● Maintain proper records in CRM and ensure timely reporting to the management.
● Collaborate with marketing and training teams for event and workshop coordination.
