Senior SEO Specialist

We are seeking a Senior SEO & Organic Digital Marketing Specialist (or Strategist) to lead and drive all organic digital marketing and SEO initiatives for both GalTech’s in-house projects and a portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and Middle East. You will shape and deliver strategies, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor or manage team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive SEO and organic digital marketing strategies for both GalTech’s projects and client projects.

2. Own technical, on-page, and off-page SEO—including keyword research, site audits, optimization, link building, and authority management.

3. Spearhead content marketing, web/blog strategy, video, and organic social media growth (including influencer and community engagement).

4. Oversee email marketing (organic audience growth, engagement, and newsletter campaigns).

5. Implement and leverage AI-based/automation tools for organic growth and campaign performance measurement.

6. Manage local, technical, and international SEO for both internal and client brands.

7. Lead campaign performance tracking, analytics, reporting, and ongoing optimization/ROI improvement.

8. Mentor, coach, or manage junior team members where needed.

9. Remain current on search engine updates, analytics, digital marketing trends, and best industry practices.

10. Portfolio/examples of successful SEO projects/campaigns is mandatory for application.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on SEO and organic digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; Middle East/client experience a plus).

2. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead, manage, or mentor team members.

3. Advanced proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, AI/automation tools, etc.).

4. Strong experience with web content, social media management, and email marketing best practices.

5. Skilled in technical and content SEO, analytics, team leadership, project management, and reporting.

6. Proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results in a dynamic, multi-project environment.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with the UAE/Middle East market

2. Working knowledge of Arabic (a plus)

3. Certifications in SEO or digital marketing

4. Experience with CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), HTML/CSS

Digital Marketing Interns

HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team.
