NOC Engineer

Work Experience: 0-2 year

Job Description:
• Rapidly respond to all alerts, restoring or escalating service/applications issues as per established SLAs.
• Facilitate technical/crisis management conference calls during production outages, providing written and verbal updates in timely and consistent manner.
• Track all planned and unplanned Systems & Applications outages through trouble ticketing systems and reporting tools.
• Managing system backups and network security protocols.
• Performing regular checks on servers, network devices etc.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting errors.
• Tracking and documenting network issues, server issues etc and compiling incident reports.
• Escalate the technical issues which needs an immediate response or troubleshooting to management as per their SOP (Standard Operation Procedure)

Professional Skills:
• Three-year Diploma or Graduate or Postgraduate
• MCSE/MCSA/CCNA certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound IT Helpdesk calls from customers across the globe and perform basic troubleshooting.

Position Overview

We are looking for a System Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure operations. The role requires strong expertise in Windows Servers, Active Directory, virtualization, basic networking, and Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, and Exchange Online, along with exposure to security incident handling.
