# Qualifications

- 9 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
- Demonstrated experience providing architectural leadership and mentoring engineering teams and following a structured, proactive, and disciplined leadership approach.
- Strong architectural expertise across CMS platforms, UI frameworks, Web APIs, PHP, .NET, and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).

Senior TechOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior TechOps Engineer who combines strong Cloud and Infrastructure expertise with a proactive approach to automation, reliability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with architects, developers, and delivery teams to build and maintain scalable environments that support high-performing applications..

# Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain cloud-based environments across development, staging, and production using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Set up and manage highly available, scalable, and secure server infrastructures following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.

As a part of the TechOps team, you will work closely with the Engineering, HR, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth functioning of employee systems, internal infrastructure, networking, and operational IT environments. To qualify for this position, you should have strong IT support and infrastructure fundamentals with a proactive mindset toward operational reliability, security, and process discipline.

# Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, proactively troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, networking, and IT-related operational issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support laptops, desktops, operating systems, peripherals, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Manage and maintain internal networking infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, VPN access, firewall configurations, and endpoint security systems.
