We are seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to lead and support end-to-end migration, development, and automation initiatives across SharePoint Online and On-Prem environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ShareGate, SharePoint modernization, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SPFx, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.

🎯Key Responsibilities🎯

🧩Execute end-to-end SharePoint Online / On-Prem migration activities using ShareGate.

🧩Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.

🧩Build custom applications using PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

🧩Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate.

🧩Implement custom components using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and related modern web technologies.

🧩Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

🧩Ensure adherence to governance standards, security controls, and best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.

🎯Required Skills & Competencies🎯

🌐Strong experience working with ShareGate for large-scale SharePoint migrations.

🌐In-depth knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration (Online and On-Prem).

🌐Hands-on expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Platform integrations.

🌐Experience working with SPFx, REST APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web development frameworks.

🌐Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
