Creative Head – Branding & Communication
Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Creative Head to lead our Branding & Communication vertical within a fast-paced agency environment.
This role demands a strong blend of creative vision, client leadership, digital expertise, revenue ownership, and operational discipline. You will drive award-worthy campaigns, build powerful brand narratives for diverse clients, and lead a multidisciplinary team across design, content, strategy, and social media.
The ideal candidate has agency experience managing multiple accounts across industries and is comfortable balancing creativity with commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative & Brand Leadership
• Lead brand strategy development for multiple clients across sectors.
• Translate client briefs into compelling, insight-driven creative campaigns.
• Oversee 360° brand communication including digital, social, performance, print, and on-ground activations.
• Approve and elevate all creative outputs before client presentation.
• Drive innovation in storytelling, formats, and platform-first thinking.

2. Client Servicing & Account Growth
• Act as strategic partner to key clients; lead high-level brand discussions.
• Own client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth across accounts.
• Lead pitch presentations, new business proposals, and capability decks.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage difficult conversations and ensure solution-oriented conflict resolution.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Oversight
• Guide the social media strategy across multiple brands.
• Supervise content planning, performance marketing alignment, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, CAC, ROAS, etc.
• Ensure campaigns are insight-led and performance-backed.

4. Team Leadership & Culture Building
• Lead and mentor creative teams including designers, copywriters, strategists, and social media managers.
• Create a high-performance, deadline-driven culture typical of agency environments.
• Conduct internal creative reviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Hire, train, and retain top creative talent.
• Foster collaboration between creative, servicing, and performance teams.

5. Operations & Delivery Management
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Implement process frameworks for briefing, execution, feedback, and reporting.
• Monitor profitability of accounts and optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, production houses, freelancers, and partners.
• Maintain quality control while working under tight timelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 8–15 years of experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns (digital-first preferred).
• Experience leading large creative teams (10+ members preferred).
• Strong understanding of both brand-building and performance marketing.
• Comfortable handling high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen with revenue accountability experience.
