Marketing Manager (Digital marketing)
About the Role
The Creative Head will lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution for the marketing department. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in client handling, client service, team management, and creative operations. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns that elevate the brand and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Strategy & Leadership
•Develop and oversee the overall creative strategy for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia channels.
•Ensure brand consistency and maintain the organization’s creative standards.
•Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the team in conceptualizing innovative ideas.
2. Client Handling & Client Service
•Act as the primary creative point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.
•Understand client needs, business goals, and brand guidelines to deliver tailored solutions.
•Present concepts and campaigns to clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.
•Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Team Management & Collaboration
•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and other creative professionals.
•Allocate tasks based on strengths, workloads, and project priorities.
•Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment that encourages creativity and growth.
•Oversee performance evaluations, training, and skill development of the team.
4. Operational & Project Management
•Oversee end-to-end creative operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
•Implement processes and workflows to streamline creative production and improve efficiency.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
•Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report on key metrics.
5. Quality Assurance & Innovation
•Review all creative outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
•Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
•Encourage continuous improvement in creative practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years of relevant experience in creative leadership roles with strong exposure to client handling and client service.
•Proven experience in managing and developing creative teams.
•Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital work, and strategic concepts.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand strategy.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms (preferred).
