Role Summary:-
We are looking for a motivated professional with 1–5 years of experience in outbound cold calling, specifically to US-based leads. The primary responsibility is to initiate meaningful conversations with potential leads, understand their needs, and introduce our IT services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:-
-> Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
-> Engage decision-makers and introduce company offerings
-> Maintain call records and follow-up schedules
-> Support lead generation and qualification as needed
-> Coordinate with internal teams for next steps

Requirements:-
-> 1–5 years of experience in outbound cold calling (preferably US market)
-> Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)

About the Job
We are hiring a client-facing Pre-Sales Business Analyst to support sales and solution consulting activities. The role focuses on conducting product demonstrations, engaging with prospects, understanding their business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying customization needs. You will translate client discussions into structured documentation for technical and delivery teams while supporting proposal and scope definition activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs for clients and prospects
* Clearly explain platform features, workflows, and business value
* Engage in discovery calls to understand client processes and pain points
* Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
* Identify gaps, customization needs, and improvement opportunities
* Recommend suitable workflows and solution approaches based on client needs
* Participate in pre-sales discussions and requirement analysis sessions
* Prepare requirement documents, user stories, workflows, and functional notes
* Support scope definition, MVP planning, and feature breakdown
* Coordinate with technical teams for feasibility checks and effort estimation
* Contribute to proposal preparation with scope, assumptions, and requirements
* Maintain documentation of client interactions and requirements
* Support ongoing client communication during the pre-sales phase

Pre-Sales Business Analyst – Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* Experience in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, or Software Consulting roles
* Strong skills in product presentations and software demonstrations
* Excellent communication and client-facing interaction abilities
* Strong requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
* Ability to quickly understand business workflows and operational processes
* Experience in scope definition, effort estimation, and proposal support activities
* Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and software development lifecycle
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with US or international clients is preferred
* Exposure to software service companies or SaaS-based environments
* Familiarity with domains like AI, automation, ERP, CRM, or business management platforms is an added advantage
