Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Lead to head our Quality Assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will take ownership of test planning, execution, and process improvements to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. You will lead a team of QA engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices to strengthen our QA processes
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (~10 members), fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Define, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices across various web and Mobile app projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing (When required).
Collaborate closely with Project , Development, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
Evaluate and recommend automation frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency.
Ensure QA involvement throughout the SDLC (Agile/Scrum methodologies).
Drive root cause analysis and continuous feedback loops to prevent recurring issues
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of QA experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or lead role.
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and build tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.).
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.) and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
ISTQB or similar certification is an advantage.
Nice to Have
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to security testing and DevOps practices.
Previous experience in leading QA teams.

We are looking out for Quality Assurance Analyst with 2-3 years of relevant experience
RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN EXPERIENCED SOFTWARE TESTER
Perform manual testing of mobile and mobile web applications developed by the team.
Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using standard bug-tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and UI/UX teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct regression testing, UI/UX testing, and cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, mobile web).
Participate in QA reviews, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
Contribute to process improvement and QA best practices.
(Preferred) Support automation testing efforts by assisting in test script design and maintenance if familiar with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
2–3 years of experience in QA and software testing, preferably in mobile applications.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience testing Android and iOS mobile apps and mobile web platforms.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, TestLink , or equivalent bug and test case management tools.
Familiarity with API testing (using Postman or similar tools) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

As a Full Stack Developer at NewAgeSys, you'll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You'll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You'll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience.
