Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Description / Duties and Responsibilities :

▪ Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to transform raw data into actionable
insights.
▪ Collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and IT teams to create interactive dashboards, reports,
and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
▪ Involves data modeling, ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy while staying updated with
advancements to optimize analytics capabilities.
▪ Lead the design, development & deployment of Power BI solutions, including complex data models and
interactive reports to deliver actionable business insights.
▪ Utilize Power Query (M language) extensively to perform data transformation, cleansing, and shaping for
integration into BI reports.
▪ Write optimized DAX measures and calculated columns to ensure efficient query performance and
interactive user experience.
▪ Build and optimize SQL queries on Azure SQL databases, create and maintain database objects such as
tables, views, and stored procedures to support BI data retrieval.

and integrating these platforms to optimize end-to-end business processes, from customer 
engagement to financial management.

• Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, plugins, workflows, and extensions within both Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and FinOps using C#, X++, .NET, and JavaScript. 
• Integration Management: Architect and implement seamless integrations between D365 CRM and FinOps, as well as with other external systems, using APIs, data entities, Dataverse, Logic Apps, and SSIS.

• Data Management: Perform data migration activities, ensure data integrity, and manage data within the Data Management Framework (DMF) for FinOps and using tools like XRMToolbox for CRM/CE.
