UI Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior UI/HTML Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting UI/UX designs into responsive web pages, supporting front-end development activities, and ensuring a seamless user experience across devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Convert Figma/PSD/XD designs into functional and pixel-perfect web pages.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Assist in creating reusable UI components and layouts.
Maintain consistency in design implementation, typography, spacing, and branding.
Optimize web pages for performance and loading speed.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and development teams during project execution.
Identify and fix UI-related bugs and issues.
Update website content and implement design modifications as required.
Follow coding standards, project guidelines, and version control practices.
Assist senior developers with front-end development tasks.
Ensure websites are user-friendly and accessible.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive web pages.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and debugging.
Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Git/version control systems.
Strong attention to detail and UI consistency.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, or a related field.
Freshers with strong front-end/UI development knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Internship or academic project experience in front-end development will be an added advantage.

Experience
0–1 year of experience in UI/HTML or front-end development.
Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks/libraries is a plus.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility.
Familiarity with CMS platforms or website builders is an added advantage.
