We are currently looking for an experienced NCLEX Expert / US Operations Specialist to join our growing team at NCLIPS AI.
Position: NCLEX Expert / US Operations Specialist
Location: Kochi / Remote
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
• Guide and mentor students preparing for NCLEX-RN examinations
• Provide NCLEX-level tutoring and training support
• Understand and implement US nursing education standards
• Assist in curriculum planning and AI-based learning strategies
• Conduct live sessions, doubt-clearing, and mock test discussions
• Support US market operations and student engagement activities
• Help improve student pass rates through strategic preparation methods
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams for educational content creation
• Analyze student performance and provide personalized study guidance
Requirements:
• Prior experience in NCLEX tutoring, nursing education, or US nursing standards
• Candidates with RN, Nurse Tutor, Nurse Educator, Doctor, or Clinical Training background preferred
• Strong understanding of NCLEX-RN exam patterns and Next Gen NCLEX
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience handling online classes or virtual training sessions preferred
• Knowledge of US healthcare education standards is an advantage
• Passion for teaching and mentoring nursing students
