Production Support Intern

Job Title: Production Support Intern (Male Candidates Prefered)
Location: Kochi
Job Summary: We are looking for a Production Support Intern to join our team. This role is
ideal for any degree candidate with good communication skills. As a Production Support
Intern, you will assist in maintaining and supporting our production systems to ensure smooth
operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain production systems and applications.
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in performing routine maintenance and updates.
• Communicate with team members to report and resolve problems.
• Document support activities and procedures.
• Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Learn and apply industry best practices for production support.
Qualifications:
• Any degree candidate (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of production support and maintenance processes.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of software applications and systems is a plus
